3-pass extraction
Caption first. If that’s not enough, we transcribe the audio. If that’s still not enough, we watch the video frames. Every reel gets the same depth.
GymSaver turns Instagram fitness reels and whiteboard photos into structured workouts you can save, plan, and train. Paste a reel link, and your workout is built for you in seconds.
No transcribing. No screenshots forgotten in a saved folder you never open again.
Spot a workout reel on Instagram, or snap a photo of a whiteboard at the gym. You can also paste a reel link directly inside the app.
Tap share, pick GymSaver. We read the caption first; if it's thin, we transcribe the audio and watch the frames to fill in the gaps.
Save the result as a one-off workout or roll it into a multi-day plan. Log every set, watch your progression, and train the same session again with one tap.
Built for athletes who’d rather train than transcribe.

Every extracted exercise lands in a searchable library. Filter by body part, type, or equipment. Find what you want to train today in seconds.
Log every set, weight, and rep. The app surfaces personal bests on the lifts you care about and a weekly cadence ribbon so you know how consistently you’ve trained.
See exactly which muscles you’ve trained this week on a real anatomical figure. Tap a muscle to drill into the sets, volume, and top movements that hit it.
Generate a tailored split from the workouts you’ve already saved, or build a week-by-week plan by hand. Start any day with one tap.
Don’t want to import? Build a workout by hand from your library or our base catalog of common lifts. The structure is identical to extracted workouts.
